※ハマった点

【Certificates】タブの【Development】で【Approve】をクリックして登録し、
その後で、右にあるダウンロードで証明書をダウンロードしてなかったこと。
したにある別の部分でダウンロードしていた。

App IDs で App ID を登録したものと、
info.plist の Bundle Identifier をあわせなければならない。

「No provisioned iPhone OS device is connected」

わからん

Organizeでこのようにあった。
最新版のxcodeをいれるべきみたい。
